The Association has discontinued the Leadership & Management Program that was created to complement the Harvard ManageMentorPLUS online product.

Please make note of these important changes.

Effective immediately, the Association no longer will accept applications for new facilitators. If you are an instructor with students currently in the program or if you are a student currently using the Leadership & Management Program, the NRA will process Leadership I and Leadership II certificates through September 1, 2010.

The Association continues to advocate the Harvard Business School Publishing's restaurant version of the Harvard ManageMentor PLUS product as a soft skills management training resource for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
