Become a ManageFirst® Program Instructor/Proctor
When you become a ManageFirst Program Instructor or Proctor, you become a very valuable asset to the industry. That's because you'll be promoting the development of our managers, and the success of our industry on the whole.
To begin, first you must first register to become a ManageFirst Program Instructor/Proctor. There is a separate registration process for ServSafe Food Safety and ServSafe Alcohol certification, which are part of the ManageFirst program.
Follow these three steps to register as a ManageFirst Instructor and/or Proctor
- Read the ManageFirst Program Exam Administration
Handbook
- Download, print out and complete the ManageFirst
Program Instructor and Proctor Application. Be sure to print legibly when completing the forms.
- Submit your completed Application form by fax, email, or mail.
- Fax to:
1-866-665-9570 or 1-312-583-9853.
Immediately after faxing, call to verify your Application was received. Call 1-800-765-2122.

Important note: The ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol courses are part of the ManageFirst Program. Individuals must register separately for these two certification courses.
