  • ManageFirst Exam Information Form
    This form should be completed and submitted with each set of answer sheets sent in for grading. It provides the basic information needed to ensure accurate scoring and where to send results.
  • Appeal Request Form
    Use this to appeal the findings of a Research Request Form or a security investigation.
  • Certificate Request Form
    Use this to replace a lost, destroyed, or misspelled certificate.
  • Exam Accommodation Request Form
    Use this to request a change in exam administration for a special needs examinee.
  • Answer Sheet Review Form
    Use this to notify NRA Solutions of an issue related to the processing of a class/answer sheet (low score, name spelling, missing exam result).
